Finsurety Advisors LLP which stands for ‘Financial Surety & Security’ for our clients is what we as a firm aim at achieving. Co-founded by two Chartered Accountants, Finsurety Advisors seeks to provide a one stop solution for clients looking for a diverse range of professional services. Along with our team of professionals from different domains we have managed to create a pool of individuals with rich experience in the fields of Debt Raising & Restructuring, Process Improvement, Risk Advisory along with Taxation & Assurance to name a few. Finsurety Advisors was incorporated in 2017 and has been in service for more than 4 years with clients ranging from sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, infrastructure, startups, energy and technology. We aim to build an environment where ideas, innovations and solutions flow freely so as to add maximum value to our clients and all the stakeholders associated with the firm at various levels. The sister concern of Finsurety Advisors LLP is a Chartered Accountancy firm with more than 20 years of experience in various fields.

Mr Ravinder Khanduja is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience in diverse domains. He is an expert in the field of Inventory Management, Financial Reforms in Public Sectors undertakings, Raising of funds for private as well as government sectors companies, Advising different bodies of the government for enhancement of revenues and in legal matters. Project structuring of Hydro Electric projects including preparation of packages of Relief and Rehabilitation. In Banking Sector, wide experience in statutory audit, concurrent audit, revenue audit and expenditure audit. Apart from above experience in taxation matters including taxation of Non-resident Companies which are providing consultancy services to various Government agencies. The experience of statutory audit under the Companies Act 1956 & 2013 is also there which is an ongoing work and deserves little mentioning along with experience in auditing of Charitable Trusts, un-aided educational institutions and colleges.
Mr Akash Khanduja
ACA
Mr Akash Khanduja is a Chartered Accountant with more than 4 years of experience in the fields of Debt Structuring, Taxation & Assurance and has previously worked with PriceWaterHouseCooper(PwC). Having handled more than 800 crores of Debt Portfolio, he specialises in helping companies in raising and restructuring of project loans, equipment finance etc. He also specialises in corporate structuring of businesses by helping them in setting up and implementing internal control systems to streamline flow of information and increasing efficiencies by improving processes and development of Management Information Systems. Akash also leads the team for Forensic and Investigative Audits and has closely worked for Government agencies on the same.
