Mr Ravinder Khanduja is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in diverse domains. He is an expert in the field of Financial Reforms in Public Sectors Undertakings, Raising of funds for private as well as government sectors companies, Advising different bodies of the government for enhancement of revenues and in legal matters and structuring of Hydro Electric projects including preparation of packages of Relief and Rehabilitation. In Private sector, Mr. Khanduja has wide experience in statutory audit, concurrent audit, revenue audit and expenditure audit along with expertise in Direct & Indirect taxes.

Mr Akash Khanduja

Mr Akash Khanduja is a Chartered Accountant with more than 7 years of experience advising startups and has previously worked with Price WaterHouse Coopers(PwC). Having worked with many Startups across different industries, he specialises in corporate finance leading the Transaction Advisory vertical of the firm. Along with his team Akash provides VCFO services to companies across domains helping them in setting up their finance function by streamlining flow of information and increasing efficiencies by working capital management and development of Management Information Systems. He works closely with the Amber Family Fund & the
Haldiram’s Family Fund. He has also been appointment
by the Government of Uttarakhand to the Startup
Uttarakhand Council and shall lead policy drafting for
the state.
